In July 2015, 6 weeks after giving birth to my second child in under 3 years, I began the exercise program T25. I instantly fell in love with the program and , along with Whole 30 style eating , 14 weeks later I had lost 20 lbs and gained so much strength and confidence all from working out just 25 minutes a day , 5 days a week. After my success I decided to become an Independent Beachbody Coach!
