Welcome to MomME!  My name is Kelli and I am excited you stumbled upon my little corner of blog world.

I was born and raised in central Pennsylvania and met the love of my life while attending Bucknell University.  I fell in love, got engaged, moved to Connecticut, and got married all before turning 23.  Life in New England with my husband is amazing and hard and wonderful in its extraordinary simplicity.  Our life has evolved and twisted and turned in more ways than I can count since saying “I Do” and I can honestly say I would not trade any of it for the world.

In a prior life I worked as an investment accountant (you can read about my decision to leave my corporate job here) before leaving that position to teach yoga and focus on my new baby.  Over the next two years I built up yoga career, had another baby girl, completed Whole 30, and after finishing the Beachbody program T25 decided to become an Independent Beachbody coach.

I now spend my days drinking loads of coffee, chasing after my babies, making yummy food, attempting to get in a workout, and wearing yoga pants.  I am always striving for the elusive “balance” between work, family, friends, nutrition, enjoying a good beer, running, me time, yoga, and everything else.  Obviously not an easy task!

I am a MOM first, but I am still ME… MOMME

However you define yourself (mom, teacher, accountant, dad, doctor, etc) there has to always be a ME. Health, fitness and mental wellbeing all preserve the ME. My ME is cooking, running, yoga, and pushing play on my Beachbody workouts.

I am a mother, a sister, a friend, a daughter, a lover of beer and food, a runner, a yogi, a Beachbody Coach, and many other things I hope to share in this space.
